Our core values

Our Vision for 2026
Build a God-honouring, Kingdom-focused family, rooted in biblical truth, empowered by faith in Jesus Christ, and sustained by prayer. We will advance His Kingdom, locally and globally, to the glory of God.
Equipping the Saints
The church we see will:
- Resource Kingdom growth across the world
- Share life with one another
- Display excellence in pastoral care
- Be battle ready (for spiritual warfare)
- Be able to lament well
- Grow deeper in the knowledge and love of God
- Grow to 400 people attending on a Sunday
Training Leaders
The church we see will:
- Grow servant leaders who are courageous and caring, imitating Jesus
- Be encouraging leaders; supporting and training them for every area of life both in the church and society
Reaching the Lost
The church we see will:
- Be a church that has learned how to witness to friends
- Actively welcome all visitors
- Go out of the building to reach our community and the wider world with the gospel
Planting Churches
The church we see will:
- Be committed to planting similar churches both in the UK (next in Corby) and supporting other initiatives across the world
- Balance rigorous teaching of Scripture with the pursuit of the Holy Spirit’s gifts and power in church life
What part can you play in this vision?
Everyone in the Church family has a big part to play, whether it is joining a small group, welcoming someone you don’t know or sharing a prophetic word. Please also pray and continue to pray, so that these things will happen and the glory of God will be seen in a way that cannot be denied or explained away.
Prophecies
- Church to be tested
We believe the church will be tested, not over foundation doctrines but those more open to interpretation. A warning from God. Battle Ground over unity. - A Multi-Coloured Net
A beautiful vision of a many coloured net weaved of many strands, we believe, representing different people with different gifts working together to do all God has called us to do. Build relationships within the church bringing together different heritages, both young and old.
